Overall Commission Process
After I receive payment, I will begin your commission.
Phase 1: Sketches
Phase 2: Clean up sketch, choose final composition, add basic colors
Phase 3: Rendering and shading
Phase 4: Finish colors and final touch ups
After each phase I will send you an update on the piece for approval.After completion, I will send you final high res files via email or Google Drive.
Your commission can take anywhere from 5-60 days depending on the size, complexity, and uniqueness of request and my schedule.

Commission type: specify if you want headshot, bust, half body, full body, character turnaround, or illustration. Also specify if you just want a sketch, flat colors, or full render.
Description: Describe character(s), and scenes if any.
Reference: Please send me reference pictures of character(s) and environment if any (the more the better)

Note: Please give me 3-4 business days to see your commission request email and respond to approve/deny your request.

- I do not make refunds unless an emergency occurs and I am not able to finish your commission.
- Do not submit payment until I notify you that I’m ready to begin your commission. Please keep an eye on your email or whichever platform we are using to communicate for updates on when I’m ready to begin.

- The artist (Tim Kaney d/b/a Kaney Kreative) has the right to decline your commission for any reason
- The artist (Tim Kaney d/b/a Kaney Kreative) has the right to stop your commission due to poor communication, scamming practices, or discriminatory and inappropriate behavior
- You have the right to cancel the commission anytime before the project starts
- You are not permitted to claim my artwork as your own
- You are not permitted to reproduce or resell my artwork
- You have the right to use my commissioned artwork for personal (non-commercial) use unless we have an agreement
