Another update here. I little photo dump of a set of mins painted up for Warhammer 40,000. This time it is a unit or Nurgle Plaguebearers in a nice eerie green scheme.
These are the newest models that are available. When I was much younger, like 20 years younger, I had the 3rd edition models of Plaguebearers. I honestly remember enjoying painting them a lot more. That said, these were still fun. This was the second set of minis as a full unit I was able to complete this winter and fully base them. The one thing is this and the guardsmen still need seal coating.
This was a base of pure white primer group with a base layer of green and then coating with Contrast Plaguebearer flesh from Citadel. I think that this was a nice experiment and turned out with the lively green hue yucky enough to inspire lots of retching.
